Warnimont & Wolfe

Holiday lighting · Detroit · Chicago · NW Indiana

The season,
beautifully lit.

Custom holiday lighting for homes and storefronts. Designed for your house, installed with care, looked after all season, then taken down and stored in January.

Early-bird: 10% off when you book with a deposit by October 31.

The collections

Three ways to light the house.

A projected show on the facade, a designed display for the whole property, or clean warm-white light on the front roofline. You rent the display: we own the lights, then install, maintain, take down and store them. We take on a short list of homes each season, so every one is done properly.

Our most exclusive commission

The Signature Show

By private consultation

Your facade becomes the canvas. A custom animated light show, projection-mapped to the architecture of your home, paired with our full Signature Estate lighting. We take on only a few of these each season.

The light

Choose the color of the season.

Every display starts from four looks. Mix them by zone: warm white on the house, color in the trees, garland at the door.

Warm white

The classic. Soft, candle-toned C9s that suit brick, stone and painted trim.

House standard

Classic color

Red, green, blue and amber in a steady pattern. Nostalgic without the noise.

Trees and rooflines

Cool white

Crisp and modern. Made for contemporary lines and snow-light evenings.

Modern homes

Evergreen garland

Full garland and wreaths with warm minis, for doors, rails and columns.

Entries

Not sure which suits the house? We will talk it through at the walk-through, standing in your driveway.

  5. 05

    January

Josh and the crew take everything down, pack it and store it, ready for next year.

Two local guys, doing it properly. The same two who design it hang it, look after it and take it down.

We are Brad and Josh, two local guys. Brad is a Navy veteran and runs Wolfe & Hoover Marine, a mobile boat service on Lake St. Clair. Josh is on every install with him and runs the January takedowns. It is a veteran-run business, and it is just the two of us.

That is why the list stays short. We take a limited number of homes each season, measure everything, hang it cleanly and come back when you call. When the calendar is full, it is full.

A sister company of Wolfe & Hoover Marine.

Questions

Good to know.

When do installs happen?

Installs run from early November through mid-December, and takedown happens in January. Earlier requests get first pick of dates. Brad confirms every booking personally.

What does the price include?

Everything: the lights and greenery, clips, timers, the install, upkeep through the season, January takedown and storage until next year. You get one all-inclusive price after the walk-through, before anything is ordered.

Will it damage my roof or gutters?

No. We use clips made for shingles, gutters and trim. No nails, staples or adhesives, and we treat your house like our own.

What if a bulb goes out or a wreath moves?

Call or text. Upkeep during the season is part of the service, and we come back to put it right.

Do I buy the lights?

No. You rent the display. We own the lights and greenery, install them, maintain them through the season, take them down in January and store them for next year.

How is everything powered?

From your existing exterior outlets, on a timer we set to your schedule. We do not do electrical work. If an outlet is needed, we will tell you at the walk-through.

Do you do storefronts and offices?

Yes. Storefronts and small businesses are quoted on site, and we can install early in the morning or after hours so we never get in the way of customers.

How do deposits work?

A 50% deposit at booking holds your install date. The balance is due the day your display is lit. Book with a deposit by October 31 and the early-bird rate takes 10% off.
